The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for RFP 2024.509 Wireless Network. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to upgrade or replace the wireless network within the entire school district. This includes all related hardware, software, professional services, training, and documentation.
The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.
This RFP is due on Thursday, January 18, 2024, by 2:00 pm. Late responses will not be considered - NO PAPER BID SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Last day for questions is Tuesday, December 19, 2023, by 10:00 am. All questions will be answered in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.

nticipated Award of this Contract is March 25, 2024. There will be five (5) Additional Renewal Options:
Year 1 or Initial Year: March 26, 2024 - September 30, 2025
Year 2: October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026
Year 3: October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027
Year 4: October 1, 2027, through September 30, 2028
Year 5: October 1, 20, 2028 through September 30, 2029
No mail-in proposals will be considered.
