The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for Large Equipment for Child Nutrition.
The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.
This RFP is due on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Late responses will not be considered.
Questions must be received by no later than Monday, April 22, 2024. All questions will be answered by Addendum and posted in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.
THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE EFFECTIVE FROM CONTRACT DATES WITH THE FOLLOWING RENEWAL INFORMATION .
Four Renewal Options:
June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026
June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027
June 1, 2027 to May 31. 2028
June 1, 2028 to May 31, 2029

Under the section the Vendor shall provide two options for pricing.

Option 1 – “Deliver and Set in Place” – The Installer will deliver equipment to kitchen (inside delivery), uncrate, assemble, and attach any parts and set in place. Vendor will remove any trash or debris from location because of installation. The Installer is to remove the existing equipment and deliver to the Clear Creek ISD warehouse.

Option 2 - “Turnkey” – Vendor is responsible for delivery, uncrate, , attach any parts, set in place and finish hook up of water, gas, electricity. Vendor will remove any trash or debris from location because of installation. No existing or old parts can be used for new Installations. The equipment must be in full working order to be considered complete and ready for payment. The Installer is to remove the existing equipment and deliver to the Clear Creek ISD warehouse.

To be considered a responsive offer, Vendors must REGISTER and RESPOND in Ionwave. No mail-in proposals will be considered.
