The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for Inspection and Service of Life Safety Systems.

BEFORE SUBMITTING PRICING, PLEASE READ THE SPECIFICATION PROPOSAL SHEET FOUND IN THE ATTACHMENT TAB FIRST!

This is not an all-inclusive bid request and multiple vendors may be awarded to this contract.

The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.

This RFP is due on Tuesday, April 18, 2024 _ by _ 2:00 P M . Late responses will not be considered - NO PAPER BID SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Last day for questions is Thursday, April 16, 2024 at 2:00PM . All questions will be answered in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.

A nticipated Award of this Contract is _ Monday, May 20, 2024 . There will be _Four (4) _ Additional Renewal Options:

Initial Term: June 1, 2024 to May 30, 2025

First Renewal: June 1, 2025 to May 30, 2026

Second Renewal: June 1, 2026 to May 30, 2027

Third Renewal: June 1, 2027 to May 30, 2028

Final Renewal: June 1, 2028 to May 30, 2029
