The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for New White Fleet Vehicles.

The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.

This RFP is due on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Late responses will not be considered.

Questions must be received by no later than Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 12:00pm. All questions will be answered by Addendum and posted in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.

THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE EFFECTIVE FROM March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025.

Addendum 1: Seating Type cloth preferred.

Addendum 2: This proposal is due to close Tuesday, January 23, 2024

Addendum 3: PO is guaranteed to be cut within 30 days of Board approval on February 26, 2024. Delivery of vehicles must be delivered 30 days from receipt of po by vendor. This RFP was written with various configurations with the intent for vendor to delivery the vehicles no later than 30 days from receipt of po. This RFP is requesting a minimum of 3 Trucks and 1 van.

To be considered a responsive offer, Vendors must REGISTER and RESPOND in Ionwave. No mail-in proposals will be considered.
