United Independent School District (UISD) of Laredo, Texas is soliciting proposals from qualified companies (respondents) that can identify, design, install, maintain, monitor, and arrange financing for a utility conservation program that includes Engineering/Architectural Design, Financing, Construction Administration, Commissioning and Maintaining Services for photovoltaic (PV) solar panels at two UISD campuses.


You must submit online and submit physical submissions. We need one original and five (5) copies of your proposal. Both submissions must be received on or before the due date.

The requirement below is in the Attributes to be agreed upon. Is there an actual requirement to deliver solar solutions within the 30-day timeframe - as it seems like standard language? If we leave this unchecked, does this disqualify?

Delivery Date
The DISTRICT must have delivery within 30 days after awarding of contract unless otherwise specified within specifications. Delivery date will be a factor to consider in determining bid award.
