We don't see a catalogue discount line item. Our company provides music furniture equipment and not instruments or equipment. Is there a way we can submit a bid to this even though there is no catalogue line item. Should this be done through the attributes page under deviations to terms & conditions?

Question
On the attributes tab, it says to state any deviations to the attached terms and conditions. However, there are no terms and conditions listed on this portal. Where can we find those?
Answer The attributes located within the attribute tab are the terms and conditions of the bid. If you disagree with any of the attributes, please submit on a company letterhead the term and condition you would like instead and the district will review and discuss.
