We've a few little concerns with the Attributes Section of this bid. they are...
Attribute 10. All deviations are rejected unless accepted in writing. There are some things that may be considered deviations that we'd want to be certain are good with you in United ISD, & here are the Attributes that we question. 10., & 11. All shipments must be F.O.B. (which we don't do), & Attribute 62 regarding returns of items:
School districts receive a 20% discount from the Texas Art Supply catalogue “Your Price.” That 20% discount does not apply to goods with quantity or promotional pricing.
