United Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for "Various Building Renovations at Ruiz Elementary School"
Contingency Allowance: $80,000.00
There is
no requirement
to submit online.
Your submission must include one (1) ORIGINAL and five (5) copies of your proposal
clearly labeled in sections as per the evaluation tool herein. You may mail or hand deliver your submission to 3501 E. Saunders Street Laredo, Texas 78041. Your submission must be sealed and labeled with the CSP name and number outside the box/envelope.
Project Documents may be obtained upon receipt of $100.00 for each project set, from the United ISD Service Center - Purchasing Department, 3501 E. Saunders, Laredo, Texas 78041. Accepted forms of payment include cashier's check, money order or company check (no personal checks will be accepted). Checks are to be payable to United ISD. Deposits will be refunded for each complete set of documents (including addenda) received by the United ISD Purchasing Office in good reusable condition within 10 days after the proposal award date. Shipping and handling of the documents are at the contractor's expense.
