Good morning, one additional question: should we be filling out Exhibit A in the Data Sharing Agreement Template or is this just an example should we be selected?

It is an example but it would be helpful if it is filled out prior and submitted with your response. This might make the vetting process go faster if we have it filled out in advance as purchases cannot be made until this document is signed off by your company and our district. The DSA would only apply if your company shares data as is listed in Attribute 146.

Tab 8 is inquiring about actual tools utilized to asses the programs; Tab 7 refers to a final valuation at the end of a program year.

Award date would be late January or early February 2023. Would be based on ability to submit all items for inclusion on Board Agenda. An addendum will be issued with updated information.
