The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) from qualified firms for Affordable Care Act Tracking, Reporting and Consulting. The District employees approximately 10,500 full-time employees and approximately 1,500 part-time, substitute, seasonal and other employees.

The initial period of performance will be from date of award to August 31, 2024. It is the intent of the District to enter into an agreement for a base period of two (2) years with the option to renew for up to five (5) additional years in one-year increments. All purchase orders dated and issued within these dates will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
