The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for 24-051 Safety Film Product and Installation.

The period of performance is from the date of award through February 28th, 2025 with the option to renew for three (3) years in one (1) year increments. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held Monday , January 8th at 1:00 pm at the District Service Center located at 7060 Camp Bowie Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76052 . Please check in at the north entrance in the Welcome Center. Each vendor who submits a proposal for consideration is highly encouraged to be present at the meeting or have an authorized representative present.

This project will focus on 84 elementary schools and 18 high schools in total but will begin with 2 elementary schools and 2 high schools (Phase 1). Subsequent phases will be planned with selected vendors after the start of Phase 1. Double sided installation of forced entry resistant film will be required for designated vestibule areas and all remaining doors and windows will require single sided installation. It is the intent of the District to award multiple vendors. As additional sites or phases are determined, the awarded vendor's will be contacted to provide quotes and necessary job walks can be scheduled.
