The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for 23-055 HVAC Rooftop Replacement at 23 Campuses.

The period of performance is from the date of award to June 30th, 2024 with the option to extend for one (1) additional year. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.


A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held Monday , October 31st at 2:00 pm in the Operations Management Conference Room at 4200 Lubbock Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76115 . Each vendor who submits a proposal for consideration must either be present at the meeting or have an authorized representative present.
