The period of performance is from date of award to June 30th, 2024 with the option to renew for four (4) additional years in one (1) year increments. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.

On page 2 of the RFP it states "the period of performance is from date of award to June 30, 2024 with the option to renew for 4-1 year extensions.

Can you please give the allowable contract terms for both lit and dark fiber as there are conflicting dates and pricing tables which do not align with page 2 statement.
Answer This contract will begin July 1, 2023. The June 30, 2024, date is in regard to having a dark fiber special construction completed.

In reviewing the site list, we believe there is a new site that should be added. The site will be named Westpark Relief Elementary. I do not have a physical address due to the road not being constructed but have the GPS coordinates.
