The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Special Education Assessment, Instructional and Related Therapy Services that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis.

The initial period of performance is from date of award through June 30, 2025, with the option to extend for five (5) years in one (1) year increments, contingent upon funding. Cost/pricing during the option years will be agreed upon between the selected vendor(s) and FWISD.

All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
