The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for 24-060 Retrofitting PA Systems.

The period of performance is from the date of award through September 31st, 2025 with the option to renew for one (1) additional year. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.


A pre-proposal meeting will be held Wednesday , February 7th at 10:00 am at the District Service Center located at 7060 Camp Bowie Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76116 . Please check in at the north entrance in the Welcome Center. Each vendor who submits a proposal for consideration is highly encouraged to be present at the meeting or have an authorized representative present.
