Our understanding is that this RFP is for Special Education Services (people) and not technology or software. We are responding to provide the district with professionals as outlines in the Attributes 125-136. Section 143- Technology Requirements is asking if we meet the technical requirements and the subsequent questions (144-168) are asking about our automated data reports, integration, web browsers, bandwidths, user accounts, etc. Can you explain what technology you are requesting information on so we know how to respond?

As our special education student population continues to grow throughout the year, I am not able to give a definitive number as to how many providers are needed from each discipline.
This RFP is for supplemental related and instructional services staff based on the changing needs of our district's special education program. Selected vendors who we contract with will receive additional information about needs during the contracting process.

Out of respect to our contracted employee’s privacy and confidentiality, it is preferable not to provide resume, licensure, or certification information on a public forum. Is the district willing to accept a high level overview of our active employees and candidate database (in an effort to demonstrate our recruitment and staffing capabilities) in lieu of providing specific candidate information, until a formal award and contract is in place?

During the RFP/bidding process, the vendor is expected to provide their credentials.
