The City of La Porte Annual Requirements Contract for Asphalt Street Reconstruction and Overlay Project consists of asphalt overlay, milling and lime stabilizing on local streets within the City of La Porte, Texas. The project will be awarded on a unit pricing basis using work order assignments not exceed the budget amount for the fiscal year. Consecutive one-year renewal options may be available and will include work order assignments for that fiscal year and budget. Quantities shown on the Bid Form are estimates for bidding purposes only and may increase or decrease at the sole discretion and approval of the City.
