This project generally consists of the construction of two new concrete parking area of approximately 23,936 SF and 36,984 SF, respectively, including but not limited to the installation of storm sewar infrastructure, pavement striping, and illumination. Additional improvements include: the expansion of an existing detention pond to provide approximately 8,616 CF of detention volume; and landscaping. The replacement of chain link fence along 10 existing baseball fields is also included as part of this project. Pecan Park is located at 36000 Canada Road, La Porte, TX 77571.
