Abstract:

The City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department- Single-Family division requires the assistance of a contractor to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) review of program files in preparation for close out of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)-Disaster Recovery (DR17) Homebuyers Assistance Program (HbAP). The HbAP team will provide a detailed review of HCDD’s internal QA/QC functions, adherence to CDBG-DR 17 programmatic requirements, and provide processing, assistance, and technical guidance in line with General Land Office’s (GLO) closeout for HbAP programs to HCDD personnel.
