This project is for the purchase, and necessary labor, parts, shop supplies and waste disposal fees & freight to install parts listed below to repair unit 46149, a 2017 Gradall XL3100, Serial# 3120000423, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions specified in the solicitation.

FMD will be responsible for transportation of unit to vendors location, Vendor will supply against defects & workmanship with a 1-year unlimited warranty unless otherwise stated.
