This project is for the purchase, and delivery of Repair Unit 51400, a 2010 Hyster H155FT Forklift, Serial# J006G02393G, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions specified in the solicitation.

FMD will be responsible for transportation of unit to vendors location, Vendor will supply against defects & workmanship with a 1-year unlimited warranty unless otherwise stated.
1.        Diagnose, labor & parts to remove & replace Transmission Control Unit
2.        Parts
a.        Controller if required Part# XXHY4254150 (4254150HYS)
b.        Rebuild both fork positioning cylinders
3.        TEST unit upon completion of steps 1 and 2 to confirm all is functioning properly.
