Abstract:

The City of Houston, Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) seeks applications from
qualified for-profit and nonprofit developers to build single-family homes that serve eligible low
to moderate-income Homebuyers. Applicants must demonstrate a capacity to design, construct, market,
and sell new single-family homes on a specific site selected by the City. Applications will be
reviewed, underwritten, and scored to select one Applicant based on a predetermined set of criteria
outlined in the NOFA.
