It is the intention of Education Service Center, Region 2 to help develop and improve literacy skills for children from birth through K12 by renovating existing libraries for LEA's in our region.

All bid information is available on our website at https://goodbuy.esc2.net . Bidders must register on the site in order to view bid documents and place a bid. Bids will only be accepted online. Any questions regarding these bids must be submitted via Goodbuy website by Thursday January 4, 2024, by 10:00 AM CST, answers will be posted by Tuesday January 9, 2024, 2:00 PM CST. Bidding will close on Tuesday January 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the ESC2 will be required of the successful Bidder(s). Bids will be unsealed in sequential order at ESC 2, 209 N Water Street Corpus Christi TX Room 2-05. We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to award each bid in the best interest of the ESC-2.
