The intent of this bid is to establish service contract(s) for Janitorial/Maintenance Service contracts for our members. Contract Term Dates: 6/1/23 - 5/31/24; with the possibility of 3, 1 year extensions. Custodial cleaning services to include all labor, supplies & equipment.

The resulting contract will not include bonding or insurance. Each entity must assess their individual project to determine the need for bonding and insurance, including without limitation such workers' compensation insurance as may be required by state or local low or policy or confirmation of coverage, as applicable, from the vendor.
