Addendum 1 is issued to modify, clarify, explain or correct the original solicitation and to answer questions and is hereby made part of CSP #085D-24F.

The City of Irving Capital Improvement Program Department would like to invite local contractors to provide competitive sealed proposals for the work outlined in the following specifications. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to construct a new Fleet Maintenance Facility as indicated in the drawings and specifications associated with this CSP.

The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items to complete this project will be installed at the City of Irving Briery Maintenance Yard, located at 118 N. Briery Rd. in Irving, Texas.

This Competitive Sealed Proposal has both an electronic upload and hard copy requirement for proposals and bid bond requirements (in accordance with G-1 Bid Bond Instructions) . Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
