The City of Irving seeks a consultant or firm to conduct the development, preparation, execution, analysis and presentation of Irving’s Biennial Resident Satisfaction Survey on behalf of the City.

Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will issued.
