INTENT: It is the intent of these specifications to secure professional services for facilitation of custom décor for a VIP area at the Levy Event Plaza, for the City of Irving’s 4th of July Day celebration. The proposer shall be responsible for obtaining and providing all local and state permits, equipment, materials, labor, and insurance.



Venue: Lake Carolyn, Levy Event Plaza, 501 E. Las Colinas Blvd., Irving, TX 75039
