Irving Arts Center is soliciting bids to establish an annual contract for theatrical labor contractors to provide stage labor and technical services to the Arts Center and its clients. Clients are organizations, individuals and associations that rent the Art Center’s facilities for the purposes of putting on events, both public and private, that the Contractor/Vendor may be required to provide stage labor and technical services as specified in this document.

There will be two mandatory pre-bid meetings. It is mandatory that you attend one of the meetings to have your bid considered responsive.

Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.

The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
