The intent of these specifications is to describe the performance requirements and award a contract for mowing of private property and public right-of-way services with possible litter removal whenever code enforcement is required.

It is also the intent under these specifications that the contractor provides a complete and professional job on each assignment given by the Code Enforcement Department. The omission of specific reference to any material, equipment, or labor necessary for such a job shall not be interpreted as relieving the contractor from furnishing such materials or labor.
