The City of Irving is requesting proposals is to award a contract to a contractor for the Fire Alarm Panel Replacement at the Criminal Justice Center.

In order to be responsive, vendors are required to attend any one of the two mandatory meetings, which will be held at the First Floor Conference Room, Irving City Hall. Please see the Activities tab in the online solicitation for further details.

Since the RFP has been extended, will there be another chance for site walk? My company didn't bid the 1st time around because there was no one available to make the MANADATORY site walks.
Answer The site walk was not Mandatory nor pre scheduled, However, the pre-Bid meeting was mandatory. If your company did not make the mandatory pre-bid meeting, it was not invited to go to the site visit.
