The City of Irving is soliciting proposals for the services of fiber optic, locate services from interested firms who can meet all of the requirements identified in this solicitation.

The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will issued.

i.        Regular notice tickets
ii.        Emergency tickets during normal working hours
iii.        Emergency tickets after hours
iv.        # of project type tickets
v.        Avg length of locate area on a ticket requiring marking
vi.        % of tickets requiring marking vs % of tickets that are Site Visited and cleared
