The City of Irving is seeking bids for a two-year contract for 180 wi-fi hotspots , associated cell service, and associated account management and technical support relating to these devices and services for Irving Public Library staff who will be assisting the patrons utilizing these units. The contract will be subject to three, one-year renewal options.

The Project will be financed in whole or in part with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. Vendors must comply with all applicable HUD rules and regulations governing projects funded with Community Development Block Grant COVID 19 (CDBG-CV) funds.

The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
