Intent: It is the intent of these specifications to award an annual contract for the purchase of new or Remanufactured Cummins engine parts, Cummins Fleetguard and Cummins Onan parts for the City of Irving’s Fleet on an “as needed” basis to an Authorized Cummins parts distributor.

Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The questions will be shared with the department after the end of the cut-off date/time and the responses will be posted as soon as they are received from the department. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued
