Addendum 2 is issued to extend the due date and time and is hereby made part of ITB 083D-24F.


Addendum 1 is issued to extend the cutoff for submitting questions and is hereby made part of ITB 083D-24F.


This prepurchase contract is for the replacement of the existing primary unit substation transformers, with new higher capacity transformers to meet the new electrical demands of the Princeton Booster Pumping Station as part of the upgrade project currently in design phase.



The scope of this contract is for provision of two primary unit substations transformers. The units will be delivered to the Princeton Booster Pumping station at 6440 FM 1377, Princeton, Texas, 75407 for installation outdoors by a General Contractor as part of the Princeton Booster Pumping upgrades project.



This contract is separate from other items in the Princeton Booster Pump Station project.



Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will be issued.
