Lewisville Independent School District is accepting proposals for Instructional Materials, Teaching Aids, Supplies, Software, Equipment, and Other Related Products and Services such as, but not limited to, products used in the following departments offered in LISD Career and Technical Education (CTE), Early Childhood, English Language Arts and Reading, Science, Social Studies, Reading, Parent Resources, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), ESL products, Special Education, general classroom supplies, online instructional, subscriptions, licenses, software, stage and theater, world language and other instructional materials as needed district wide for Pre-K - 12th grade. Due to the specific state and federal legal sole source requirements related to sole source providers, the District must adhere to, all interested vendors including sole source providers, are highly encouraged to respond to this request for proposal.

This proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200 requirements to procure vendors who provide goods and/or services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs.

The initial term of this proposal shall be for approximately 2 years with two (2) successive two (2) year extensions based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees.

Initial Anticipated Contract Period: January 2024 - January 2026

Tentative Second Term/Renewal: January 2026 - January 2028

Tentative Final Term: January 2028 - January 2030
