Lewisville Independent School District is accepting supplemental proposals for staff development and training services, materials and other related products and services. This supplemental proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200 to procure vendors who provide goods and/or services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may be used by local, state, federal and grant funded programs. Due to the specific state and federal legal sole source requirements related to sole source providers, the District must adhere to, all interested vendors including sole source providers, are highly encouraged to respond to this request for proposal.
Staff Development, Training Services, Materials, and Other Related Products and Services shall be awarded, at district discretion. This supplemental RFP will help provide training services for district staff which consists of approximately 6,477 employees including, but are not limited to individual departments, campuses, teachers, administrators, instructional support, business staff, safety and security staff, technology, facility, and any other related LISD staff. Trainings can be held at the school campuses, district departments, vendors training facility or agreed upon location. Trainings can also be held online (virtually). Each responding vendor shall be qualified in their field of business and hold any and all required certifications or licenses required by the State of Texas to perform their specific job duties. This proposal may be awarded to one or multiple vendors determined to be the best value to the District.
A RESPONSE TO THIS SUPPLEMENTAL RFP IS NOT NECESSARY IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN AWARDED ON RFP #F1068-23 or RFP #F1068A-23.
The initial term of this proposal shall be for approximately 1 year and 4 months with two successive two year renewal options based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees.
Initial Term: May 2024 - September 2025
Tentative Second Renewal: September 2025 - September 2027
Tentative Final Renewal: September 2027 - September 2029
