As part of the 2023 Bond Program, the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for Lewisville ISD Playground Replacement and Updates 2023 Bond.

There are three individual packages with multiple campuses located in various municipalities within LISD. The fourth package includes all campus locations associated with the three individual packages:

Package #1 Scope of work for campuses in Flower Mound, Texas and Highland Village, Texas.

Package #2 Scope of work for campuses in Lewisville, Texas.

Package #3 Scope of work for campuses in The Colony, Texas and Carrollton, Texas.

Package #4 Includes all scope of work associated with Individual Packages #1, #2, and #3.

The specifications and prints for each package are listed in the attachment tab as part of the proposal.

Estimated Budget: $3,600,000.00

Estimated Completion Date: August 1, 2024

All interested vendors are encouraged to respond to this Competitive Sealed Proposal, in its entirety, and should submit all required bid attachments. Proposal evaluations may be impacted by missing or incomplete information during the review process. CSP #3221-24 Lewisville ISD Playground Replacement and Updates 2023 Bond shall be awarded at District discretion, and may be awarded to one or multiple vendors determined to be the best value to the District. Please review the timeline for when the proposals are due.
